Golf Trip Buddy (golftripbuddy.co.uk) helps golf groups organise trips. We are the data controller for personal data you give us. Contact us through the Help page in the app.
Account details (name, email), profile details you or your organiser add (nickname, mobile number, handicap index, photo), trip content (scores, schedules, payments recorded, chat messages, photos, documents, feedback) and basic usage data.
To run the service you asked for (contract), to send trip emails such as payment reminders and announcements (legitimate interest), and with your consent for optional cookies. We do not sell your data.
Your details are visible to the organiser and other members of trips you belong to. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract.
We do not take card payments for trips. Players pay organisers directly; the app only records what has been paid.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we erase your profile and the content you created. Trips belong to their organiser and remain for other members.
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Edit your details or delete your account any time from My Account.
